You can often find your receipt information in your iTunes purchase history. Visit this link for instructions on how to See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store. From here you can also re-send the receipt to your iTunes-registered e-mail address.
Be sure to attach a screenshot of your valid iTunes receipt showing the relevant purchase. Visit this link for How to take a screenshot on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a copy and paste of just plain text. A valid receipt should clearly show:
- Order ID
- Document number
- Date of purchase
- The complete name and price of the bundle or item
