If you have forgotten your Pocket ID password, our Support team can help send over a password reset to the email address under which you originally registered your Pocket ID. Please tap on "Contact us" in the top-right corner to reach out to us, or click on "Submit a Request" if you are viewing this on a browser. For verification purposes, be sure to provide:
- The registered e-mail on the account
- The approximate timeframe in which the account was created
- The in-game name and guild
- If you made any in-game purchases, past receipts are especially helpful
Once the reset is sent over, you will need to check your e-mail for the password reset option where you can enter a new password. Please note: you may need to check your e-mail spam folder, as the reset message can sometimes be caught by spam filters.
If you do not want to contact support and want to do the reset on your own, there is also this option inside the game:
Go to your Game's Settings > Account > Select Log In / Log Out
If you have an Account logged in, you will be shown this account switch warning. Tap "Yes"
From the menu, tap the "Forgot Password" found on the upper right
You will be asked to place your email address. Once you have placed it, tap "SUBMIT"
A notification that a password reset has been sent to your email. Check both Inbox and Spam for the password reset mail. Do note that if your mail service doesn't accept email with links, then password reset will not be possible and you will have to change email.
