Changes introduced with the Eclipse season:
- Blockade Times Reduced: This GPF-driven change will be a substantial reduction to blockade times. The goal is to make Atlas more active and fun while still giving attentive gatekeeping a chance to intervene and protect those behind them. New blockade times are as follows:
- Level 3 Fort: 2.2 minutes
- Level 6 Fort: 3.48 minutes
- Level 9 Fort: 4.74 minutes
- Level 12 Fort: 6 minutes
Changes introduced with the Frozen Chaos Season: Going live on January 31, 2022
(from https://forums.wardragons.com/t/blockade-time-updates/149264)
- Blockade time for all castle levels and fort levels will be 30 seconds.
- If an enemy primarch performs an aggressive action, all primarchs belonging to the offending primarch’s team and alliance already at the same castle location have their blockade time increased by 6 minutes.
- Aggressive action is defined by:
- Initiating an attack (battle result does not matter)
- A Trapper using the trap ability
- Defending your base from an attack does not count as an aggressive action.
- Aggressive action is defined by:
- Blockade time can only be extended once per primarch per visit
- The aggression penalty does not stack on the same visit.
- If a primarch leaves and returns to the same castle, their blockade timer can be extended again.
How does one activate a Blockade?
A Blockade is automatically activated once a Fort is built on the castle, and at least one Castle Guard is hired to that castle.
What happens to Blockades when Shields activate?
Blockades are disabled when a Shield is active, and vice-versa. Event Shields will also disable Blockades.
