In case that you are confused on what is showing up above. Please note the following:
190 = Total Amount of Shards in Stock
2 = Amount of Shards needed to Evolve the Festive Dragon
30 = Amount of Shards obtained for that drop instance
Also, you can only receive 2 / 30 / 100 shards for Epic / Legendary / Mythic Drop. Anything aside from the mentioned number is bugged and advisable to contact support like for example, receiving 4 shards on a legendary drop. That requires a compensation and best to take a screenshot and send a ticket.
