How do I request a refund on a purchase I made? (Apple devices)

Some in-game purchases might be eligible for a refund if the item doesn't work as expected or can't be used. To do this, you will need to submit a request to Apple, as we do not have access to your billing information, and are unable to issue a refund directly.
